The Civil Rights Implications of Algorithms in Connecticut (Memorandum)

The Connecticut Advisory Committee has deemed it appropriate to issue an interim memorandum to the Commission due to the time-sensitive nature of the legislation session beginning in the Connecticut General Assembly this month.
