Utah Advisory Committee Public Web Briefing on Disparate Outcomes in Education - Panel I

The Utah Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights will hold a series of virtual, public briefings on the civil rights implications of disparate outcomes in the state’s K-12 education system. This investigation will analyze whether this system has a discriminatory impact on students on the basis of race, color, disability status, national origin, and/or sex. The Committee will provide the Commission with their findings and recommendations on this topic.

After the Chair announces that the briefing has concluded, she will invite members of the public, if any, to make brief oral statements on the topic, with each statement not exceeding five minutes.
