Religious Liberty in Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Advisory Committee (Committee) seeks to examine religious liberty in Wisconsin after the Supreme Court’s ruling in Catholic Charities Bureau v. Labor & Industry Review Commission. The Committee examines the impact of this decision including but not limited to the following areas: education, employment, health care, corrections, zoning, law enforcement, and charitable services.
