Access to Adequate Health Care for Incarcerated Individuals Within the Northern Mariana Islands' Justice System

The Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Advisory Committee (Committee) to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights seeks to examine whether denial of equal protection of the laws under the Constitution exists within the CNMI justice system as it relates to accessing adequate health care. The Committee intends to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations accordingly.
