OTS supervises and examines savings and loan institutions to assure their compliance with civil rights legislation regarding their lending practices. OTS investigates complaints, conducts public education programs, and provides training and technical assistance. OTS is concerned with discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability.
