Advisory Committee Members

Becoming an Advisory Committee Member

Member Responsibilities and Terms of Service

Committee members are expected to make meaningful contributions to the Committee in the development of projects and the creation of reports for the Commission. Committees meet on average every quarter, but Committees amid a project may meet monthly. Members who miss two consecutive meetings may be subject to constructive resignation from the Committee.

The term of service for a committee member is four years with a total duration of not more than eight years (or two four-year terms) unless there is sufficient basis for extending the appointment to 12 years.
